This is not the cheapest option out there but it's worth the money. The hammer itself is easily hefty enough to break glass with no problem. Comes with 2 screws and it’s suggested you can screw it to the floor of your car.

Not that anyone wants to be but this tool is equipped to cut your seat belt and supposedly smash window

It does comes with screws to secure to the floor but as my car is leased i wont be doing that
