I was impressed by the author's creativity in finding places other than the kitchen/pantry for storing extra food. This is an emergency prep book that everyone needs before they need it.

Cons

Dairy, ghee and faux cheese using collagen are not replacements. Uses so many terrible for ones health prepackaged so called foods. Too many powered items. Doesn’t seem to deal with issues for urban, low income, or food dessert areas.

Author speaks down to reader. Just refers you to someone else's info. Kind of a * little book honestly.
