The upper is made almost entirely of one piece of leather which im very impressed by there are very few seams to fail

If you have extra soles in some older shoes just transfer them and for 25 you can get the equivalent of a 100 pair of shoes

Disclaimer over onward to the reviewpros good stitching comfortable materialcons none were readily apparentas someone that did crossfit for years and now does just oly lifts and strongman type training i am quite familiar with wrist wraps
