Small is literally enough o2 for recovery of one maybe two exercises or sets. I keep one in car glovebox as an emergency supply but for regular use if you need o2 that bad get a medical tank. I hyperventilate and have fainted more times than i'd ever ... Read More
First can was fine. It was wrapped really tight. Mouthpiece is solid and comfortable. The smaller size is easier to use for some reason, but this size is more economical.
Cons

I don't know if anyone else uses it for this purpose but i get chest pain from not being able to get a breath and end up on the floor.

It is much better to let my body do what it is doing to release the pain and grab a couple gulps of oxygen to help calm and settle me.

We had horrible smoke in our area for a couple of weeks again this year.
