Pros

Appears to work as advertised. I have big hands so these are not real bulky for me. The gloves are very heat resistant but allow you the dexterity to do all kinds of cooking activities.

Cons

It's as if no one has made a glove that can withstand temps above 800 degrees. Any heat sears right through the black cloth part if you're not ridiculously slow and careful.
