Pros
The effervescent format makes them easy to carry and use on the go. I add it to my glass of water each morning along with a shot of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 squeezed lemon to help my body detoxify. They dissolve quickly and are ready to drink.
Despite its shortfalls the health benefits of the ingredients make this worth it for me. The only ingredient i don't love is the aloe vera.
No more lugging around bags of spinach or kale. I feel better supplementing my daily diet with this drink.
Cons
I am unhappy that they will be expiring in 2 months and i am unable to return nor get a replacement with a reasonable expectation date. Not for me" "being on disability our income is limited and some months we can't get it and that's why i don't subsc... Read More
The peach tea flavor is on my top 10 list of disgusting tastes. It is full of artificial sugar substitutes like sorbitol. The resultant sludge looks thin, it's hard to believe there are many nutrients in it.

I don’t feel any worse and they don’t upset my stomach which is good but i can’t say i’ve noticed any difference in how i feel

If you look at the labels they all state “one tablet contains as much vitamin b6 as 6 cups of spinach vitamin c as 6 oranges vitamin b5 as 15 cups of broccoli vitamin b12 as 7 cups of milk zinc as 3 cups of peas

I cannot speak for your bodies but my body does not care or even notice the source of the vitamins it ingests be they synthetic or natural

Sorbitol is a socalled sugar alcohol polyol that in large doses can cause diarrhea
