However, i bought this product used from amazon with the promise from amazon that all pieces were there.

This was exactly what we needed and the price was much lower than box stores.
Over all it worked really good for the price we’re happy with it.

They did the trick but the only 2 holes that will match 16 centers are the first 2 holes.
