It's a while since I purchased this kit to review it because I had a change of plan for the watch I'd planned to switch to another strap and I really only wanted the tool. Anyway, a couple of watches 'surfaced' in the younger daughter's room with one or both spring bars missing. The kit contains the spring bar tool which can be fitted with different end fittings, though I made do with what was already in it, and some pointed tweezers and lots of spring bars in different sizes. I found my own tweezers worked better for me than the pointed ones in the kit and soon had fitted new spring bars. The tool is a lot easier than my previous method of using a sharp knife and with so many bars in the kit you can't go far wrong.  Read Less
