I was never good about taking my fiber and the capsules for the name brand was kind of high for my income so as many do i put it off

The outer box had been opened and one of the bottles had been penetrated

It looked like a delivery problem so i called the company and they immediately replaced the damaged bottle as a complete set

Anyway we switched from the name brand metamusil which is more costly to the sams club version and have noticed no difference whatsoever
