It wont get rid of the mites thats another story but it does discourage the little buggers for a little while allowing you to drift off to sleep which was impossible otherwise

If you have a serious or ongoing problem go for the 32oz size

This is a good ointment but it doesnt rub into skin so you have to wear something over it to keep from getting on other things
