When i emailed ups online to ask about the delivery they cut me off and told me they could not give me any other information other that it would be delivered by seven and it was past eight at night

My husband just wishes they were a little bigger since he primarily uses on lower back but that is not a fault of the product the size is stated

Less expensive than the other name brand but i found some short cuts such as the plastic film you use for storage were so small that it is hard to place them back on the film and not have it hanging over

When these came in i immediately noticed that the adhesive backing is very thick

When you put water on them to reactivate the adhesive you are actually removing some of the backing

The normal pads are so thin that this only works a couple times

The only really downside is the adhesive is not terribly strong so after the first rinse they dont stay in place as well as i would like while moving around
