The charger works great. It's lighter-weight cord & standard outlet plug-in makes it easier to carry as a pedestrian or biker. Matches the power requirements for the oem dell power supply. My lap top heats up a lot as well as the base.

The adapter is too bulky and heavy and will not stay in some standard outlets

It will easily burn my legs if i rest the laptop on themi already threw out the box so i cant return but will a try a different brand and leave this as a quick charge for my cell
