The usb drives are perfect for the purpose i bought them, and that was to put clients tax returns out on the drive so they have them for their records.

These drives come formatted in ex-fat, so i tried them out on that format 1st.

Still it moved and copied the same file fast but about at a 20% reduced rate and that's about correct between ex-fat and fat32 formatting.

While the cover is metal the body is plastic, but seems very well made, i just would not leave them in your pants pocket and expect it to go through a wash cycle and survive, not very many flash drive at all are water proof.
