Pros
The dark grey version looks really nice. I have a huge head and the xl-xxl fits great!
The dome isn't too deep, or too shallow, and the material is super comfortable. Has a little wiggle room which is nice. Was comfy enough to wear all day.
Cons
This hat has a gigantic dome that may cause it to come down to the ears, which is uncomfortable. The size and rigid structure of the dome region also looks terribly disproportionate unless you have a long head shape.
This hat is clearly not a adult “xxl”. If you put size xxl into your cart it changes it to xl which i didn't see.

These hats are perfect for my construction working husband, they are high quality hats but so affordable.
Very good quality for the price, also comes in big sizes which is hard to come by these days.
Same quality as you get from lids.
Price
The price is also better than what you typically see in the store.
This is my favorite hats, i use these on a regular bases, price is perfect, in the box stores these same hats are in average $25,

Then ordered the large-x-large and it fit snugly.
