If i packed a dip i would simply put a press and seal over the compartment and then the lid

When my original order was delivered 2 of the lids had chips off the edges possibly from the delivery process

Definitely does not feel or like like the disposablereusable items that are similar

I like to use these to cut back on ziplock bags which can be expensive besides bad for the environment
