Pros
Not bad for the price and saves my costly cabbing wheels from the rough shaping. I've sharpened many gravers already and the discs are still in great shape. Great quality for price.
Cons
It causes the grinder to vibrate and provides a bad wobbling, undulating surface. It is impossible to grind my tungsten tig rod.

I always have some wheel wobble because the arbor washers are cheap stamped steel

Then i slipped paper shims between the washer and plywood disc on the opposite side

It only takes perhaps 2 or three thicknesses of paper to straighten the wheel
