Listen up people i was always wary of a mindonlin for obvious reasons but i bought this contraption looked ok when it arrived well put together for the money i decided i would make soup for my old mum carrots is where i started first carrot slipped on the mandolin took the top of my finger right off to the bin went the mandolin i am back to my knives you have been warned

Ive only used a couple of timesthe peeler broke but thats doesnt affecty score

Not as free to use as expected the blades do not seem particularly sharp

Only negative as mentioned in other reviews is that there are only 5 storage gaps for the 6 blades so you have to find somewhere else to put it
