The reason i took off one star is because the bottom part of the toothless balloon didnt stay inflated like the head did

We purchased a helium tank from walmart just make sure you inflate them fully otherwise they do loose too much helium before the night is through

My 5 year old daughter loved these balloons for her birthdaytoothless was a big hit and they did last whilei would of gave the balloons 5 stars but one balloon had a small hole
