My only problem is the lens hood cannot be fully extended when i use 18mm or a wide angle otherwise the photo will have vignette effect

Im used to the hard plastic lens hoods so when i first opened this i thought it was threaded wrong for my lens

I took the rubber off screwed the ring onto the lens then the rubber just reattaches to a lip on the ring
