Cons if you mount it centerdash ideally you would want a thin black cord that you could tuck between the base of the windshield and the top of the dash

Unless by some quirk of fate you have a car that is easy to pull the dash pad you cannot make it a clean looking install

You might be able to wrap the leads up in a gob under the camera and run the extension to it but that wouldnt look so hot without a lot of work
