Pros

It looks fantastic and i’ll update this review as the concrete ages. Just finished 2nd coat on driveway. Shipping is super fast, nice clean container with no leaks on both orders.

This stamped concrete is 15 years old and hadnt been resealed for about 6 years. Will definitely buy again in few years to renew again.

I hope this review helps anyone who might be on the fence about purchasing this sealer. It is pricey, but i'm satisfied overall.

The instructions were very thorough and simple to comprehend. Power wash real good.

My patio had not been sealed for over 2 years. Thats a 20 yr old patio! Have stained/stamped concrete sidewalk and patio with full sun on the sidewalk.

Cons

Will echo what others mentioned, first it is expensive. It is shiny only on the first 1-2 weeks after that it becomes dull. It has very strong gasoline smell which lingers after 2+ weeks. There is little to no high gloss as stated.
