The only complaint is that in my first order i had to reorder the whole box for 4 broken bulbs and i made another order out a few weeks later and i had to reorder the whole box again because of one broken bulb

It would be nice just to get the broken bulbs replaced instead of having to replace the whole box or possibly a credit for the broken bulbs

The bulbs could be packaged a little better to avoid the damage

Customer service is great although it would be nice if they included the polarity in the lights themselves i burned 1 light testing the polarity and forgot to check the site had a polarity picture

Both the hot and lead contacts are on opposite ends of the tube which different that the earlier led tube lights that i put in about a year ago

It was time to replace the ballasts in the overhead fluorescent lights in the garage

If you look at your fixture and it has a ballast see the image right in the amazon pictures for this product that must be removed

Theres not much to removing it but dont get the idea of let me just try it as is as that ballast must come out for these to work right
