Arrived in a plastic sleeve and kind of tatty Chinese branded cardboard box which was fine as it was for me and not to gift. Works perfectly fine for frothing 1 portion of milk for a standard size latte and other drinks, it's not that taxing; five to six vigorous pumps usually produces a satisfactory milk froth whether from cold or warm.However SOME of the build quality isn't the greatest, the plastic is cheap and discoloured after a few washes, the frothing element isn't detachable so it is quite tricky to clean; being a two tier mesh about 5mm apart.The stainless steel all seems okay, it's not the most solid but is certainly fit for purpose. After a few washes it hasn't discoloured and polishes up fine.As for whether this works on induction; inconclusive. I tried it on my neff induction hob on the all of the different sized rings and the free zone and it didn't work. With the stainless steel being so thin I imagine it would heat rapidly and possibly warp the item but I don't want to speculate. It isn't advertised as induction safe so this in no way reflects on the way the item is listed but I myself and I'm sure a few other people would probably have considered this item for induction use.As it only fits one lattes worth of milk in; using a microwave or the hob to heat up the milk beforehand would only add a few minutes worth of process and cleaning and it doesn't bother me that the item isn't induction (on my unit) or microwave safe.  Read Less

This is a very nice quality milk frother. It is well made, looks great and pours well. It is perfect for frothing milk for lattes, hot chocolate and coffee. It is easy to use and wash. It is strong and comfortable to hold. I am sure it will last for a long time as it is made of high quality stainless steel.At the current price of £13.99 & FREE Delivery in the UK on orders over £20, I think this product represents good value. It is worth noting that since they come nicely presented, in my opinion would make a lovely gift for friends and family.It arrived in a timely manner and was very well packaged in a sturdy branded box which keeps it safe during shipping.
