There are no instructions with this set, but do not let that stop you from purchasing. Work and geode effortlessly and comfortably on the skin, very smooth. Start on your cheek by your nose and lift/glide to your ear.

The suction is pretty good when you have a good moisturizer or serum on. It facilitates separation of tissue layers to increase lymph system flow in my neck. It is enjoyable and effective.

These are everything i looked for, different sizes, and good and sturdy suction. They are definitely worth every penny and more affordable than other brands.

Cons

These have zero suction. The walls of the silicone bulb are too thin and weak. The camrbwithba pump is completely worthless.

Boxes were numbered according to size and they are perfect for my needs

There were no instructions included with the packaging but it isnt a problem since there is plenty information about it on youtube
