Do business with this amazon reseller. They are exceptional. Fantastic customer care. Found it on amazon.

Cons

One of 4 was broken. The one thing i neglected to read is that they are not refundable. And it’s not returnable. Now i find that i cannot contact the seller, and cannot receive a refund.

Q-2 bulb is an odd bulb for a weird fixture. Tried 2 of the 4 - neither worked at all - didn't even flicker. My fixtures have magnetic ballast (the traditional transformer type) and i verified that they do not work with that type of ballast.
