I would not recommend doing an entire floor with this because it is labor intensive

Also the bolts never came loose so i think theyve solved that issue with special locking washers

Regarding the reviews that i had seen about the nutsbolts coming loose it seems this has been resolved as i did not experience this problem

I started stripping the vinyl tile by hand saw this online and purchased with the way the tile was glued down the first 12x12 tile took over 30 minutes to remove

Glue was tacky under the tile let it sit 24hrs and did it again in about 15 minutes scraping the glue off

I had to change out the bolts to some grade 8 within 500sf of tile removal

Ran it for several hours and only wore about 12 inch off of the blade

Tool is great heavy duty does the job but the tool came in pieces and only came with 2 full sets of bolts and washers and lock washers the other two were just bolts so it keeps coming loose so i will have to go buy some washers and lockwashers
