Some of the more expensive name brands were made of thin weak plastic had terrible suction in addition to sharp ridges that hurt when you try to slide them

Ive been practicing add oil to your body choose a cup or two depending on location youll be using them place on the area then lift a little under the cup to add suction then glide on the area then it pops off
