Further when the warrantee link is clicked it says to contact the manufacturer directly but there appears to be no website or other information

Its quite straight forward that you actually dont need to read the manual but operating it intuitively

Im really happy that the flames effect and heater can be functioning independently which makes it four seasons usable a heater in winter and a room decoration for the other seasons just shutting off the heater function and leave the flames effect on only
