We are completely frustrated with the nonworking product and especially the completely unresponsive customer service
She did have an issue with the pen that made it stop working and customer service was prompt in replacing it with the newer model
While not an excuse we have been having significant problems with the systems we have been using for customers service

After much ado i ended up googling more contacts for the company then finally contacted the cofounder daniel cowan who responded directly with us apologized mentioned some customer service system problems they were working through problems with a version of the pen and more

He said they were restructuring and working to fix everything and that he would send out out the new updated version as replacement along with other things

The skype support service has been dropping calls and the voicemail failing when the line is busy

The email service we use kayako has shockingly had a server issue which has meant outbound emails have sometimes not been sent
