It was my understanding that if i had multiple devices hooked up to this device that it would automatically switch to whichever device was on

It doesnt appear to do that and i have to manually press the button to switch it from one device to another

Getting up and manually pressing the button isnt that big of a deal and the device otherwise does what is is supposed to do

As long as i have the equipment on that im using and turn the others off it recognizes the device immediately and i never have to switch anything

Sometimes it will switch automatically but other times you have to push the button

I think it depends on which way it is going like it will automatically switch to the first position but not to the 2nd and 3rd
