The quality is up to par with with the oem equipment and it feels like it will last for a long time
The hose quality seems good i havent had any problems with kinks
Finally replaced my central vac parts after 27 years and am very pleased with the replacement hose vacuum heads etc from alder products
The vacuum came with the direct connect preconfigured for me

Im not going to get rid of these and the price is reasonable but im not sure id recommend them to anyone with pets or a very hairy family

Basically this vacuum was not tested with pet hair because there is a design flaw that the vacuum sucks pet hair into the belt over time

I have had many other vacuums that never had this problem so it is definitely something that should have been tested during product development
