Pros & Cons
Pros
It secures the seal so you can proceed without it wandering too much. It seems pretty flexible and heavy so i'm optimistic. Would have preferred to have it longer to cover the entire door.
Best way to install it is with the garage door closed and using a nail gun. It helps to have pliers with a groove to hold the small nails.
Cons
Not durable at all. It sags and pulls over the nails even with nails being 4 in apart.

It isnt a terrible product but it was difficult for me to work with

It tends to be stiffer than you’d expect and it’s best if you do a chalk line about an inch from the door then nail it based on that

Otherwise it can put enough pressure on the door it will stop it from closing
