Pros

This is an area where there's room for improvement. Recommended, with slight reservations. This is definitely worth investing in.

Cup feels good in hand and coating feels durable. Packaging is nice, the product comes in a cardboard box. Cup keeps drinks insulated.

The design of the cup seems to help me hold it without dropping it or it slipping out of my hand. It's not a deal-breaker, but it can be frustrating when you're in a hurry or trying to prevent a spill.

Cons

Every time i take a drink, it seeps from between the cup and lid. Lid keeps slipping off, and coffee easily spills. There were shards of plastic in the coffee.

Ice stays solid for a good bit, but definitely nothing compared to other insulated mugs. The lid/cover is flimsy and already has cracks on it. The replacement leaks too.
