I use these for all my running and cycling and they are brilliant ran the london marathon wearing them and didnt get a single blister

The sock is high enough to ensure that trainers do not rub on the ankles but not high enough to be overly visible above the top of the trainer they also have plenty of cushioning to ensure that walkingrunning long distances can be done in comfort
