The only problems i had with the one i put on my nexus 6 were that the tab that pulls the backing off came off without taking the backing with it and the edges arent quite flush with the screen yet

However those are probably user error and the edges will probably settle after a day or two of use

The screen protectors came individually wrapped and also came with an alcohol cleaning pad a dust remover and a microfiber cleaning cloth for each screen protector
