A box knocked it off the workbench at just the right angle so that when it hit the floor it landed right on the flip top straw thingy while it was openflipped up

So he replied to that email we got from emily with rehr goods customer service way back when explained what happened and asked if there was a warranty just to double check

Well i dont think there was a warranty but emily just sent us a brand new flip top lid which arrived way sooner than she estimated
