This tea will def help you loose weight however it has a really bitter taste if your not use to that use a little honey and gradually

You’re not buying it for taste because it tastes horrible…to me at least the smell alone is repulsive but it’s bearable to drink if you pinch your nose and drink it in one go

So i’d recommend staying close to the bathroom and not using it when you plan on going out i usually use it the night before i had nothing to do
