Shipping
I had an issue that did not related to function, more of a shipping issue and the company was incredibly responsive.
2xhome was willing to take it back but shipping would be my expense and would cost almost as much as the chair.
Competitiveness
I cannot say enough about this chair, it has competed my desk with its simple yet beautiful design.
Very well done and well made repro for the money.

I agree with another posting that the 2xhome brand can be misleading - unless the picture says qty 2, there is only 1 chair included.

The white zip on are sleeves are also removable to have only the metal showing.

When the tilt lock is in place it leans back ever so slightly so it's not to rigid on the posture.

I like the chair so far, one of the wheels does not go in all the way, like the other 3, that erks me,, but i'm keeping it, b/c i can't stand, the hassle of returning it.
