Happy with the product extremely i gave a one star rating because we bought 6 of these and one was defective however we contacted amazon and yes it was frustrating because we had to disassemble it for the return

The only cons would be that the chair is slightly too deep for my legs im 55 but it doesnt really create much of a problem and one of the arms had a minor imperfectionbump on it but you can barely notice it i got the allblack model

Leather covers for arms are poorly made cheap and two already tore came off

Arm sleeve material cant handle any friction rub it tears
