Pros & Cons
Pros
This type of portable crate is perfect for puppies who can otherwise easily get into trouble while you’re away even for a few minutes. Love this carrier.
Cons
The locking tubes for the 15lbs 20in beige crate are way too long to connect as shown. It's impossible to attach the bars to each other. They need to check their warehouse and rework all 24 crates.
It smells of chemicals from the nylon material. Seemed good but chewed through it in 5 minutes. Chemical smell did not subside at all even though it was outside for 3 days.
Amazon has a fantastic return policy. Very disappointed. Huge disappointment. It’s going back asap.
Clearly this is defective. I’m attempting a third crate but will return without replacement if the issue is on the third crate. The 2pet website has customers complaining about this too.
