Cons

This product has an unbelievable pungent chemical smell. The mesh is flimsy and seemed like it would rip quickly. Very disappointed.

The locking tubes for the 15lbs 20in beige crate are way too long to connect. It's impossible to attach the bars to each other. I'm fairly strong but no matter how much i pushed back on the bars, they overlapped.

Clearly this is defective. I couldn't get assemble. Customers are complaining about this too.
