Pros

Brighter, much more efficient, and last forever. Led tubes were well packaged in a heavy duty box. Great bulb quality.

Installing these tube lights was super easy and are operating flawlessly. Bypassing the ballasts took all of five minutes, resulting in a super easy retrofit.

What garbage. Kinda defeats the purpose. Lasts maybe 10 minutes at a time. Hopefully my experience is a fluke.
