It doesnt hold the monitor very well

I saw in other reviews people saying the ball on the part that mounts to the monitor was too loose making it so they monitors would swing down but personally i did not experience this at all if anything they were tighter then needed to be but maybe this is only a problem when using larger monitors

Would like to be able to adjust the screen rotation without having to take the monitors off the mounts to access the bolt

It comes with these little plastic inserts that fit between the screen and the bracket in case the bracket doesnt lay flush with the screen

My only real complaint is that the company does not have the manual online i didnt get a manual with my box and i couldnt find one on their website only the spec sheet

The base is pretty heavy and will not make the monitors tip

With 2 x 22 monitors i have a clear 10 to the desktop and the monitors could still go up another inch or two
