Pros

This grabber is more useful than i ever thought possible. Super happy. This works perfectly. Many and varied uses. For me it is a tool.

Great for reaching high shelves that might otherwise require a foot stool. Also picks up larger item of clothing without compromising the delicate tips. Can grab and hold soup size cans easily and get toilet paper or paper towels off of high shelf.

The grabbing tongs have the rubberized coating so they don't slip and slide. It is because of the soft plastic on the claw end. The part that grabs is lined with rubbery material that allows for a good grip.

Cons

did not work at all. This item is flimsy. The rotating end is very weak.

It is very well made and so easy to use that i can use it with my left hand and im right handed

It is not constructed for commercial use which means dont expect it to last a lifetime like something manufactured from solid metal

After having surgery i was told not to bend at the waist for two weeks

I ordered 3 of this item 2 for gifts they loved them and 1 for myself which i used 3 times the first day it arrived

I no sooner opened the box and took out the grabber that i needed it almost instantly

I was instantly happy when i opened the package

Competitiveness

I also have a 3134 model by the same company but find that this length suits me much better
