Pros

Bought this for thanksgiving weekend. It works great, is light and easy to use. But not everything is perfect. Yes it has its flaws but the proof is in the taste.

Clean up is a cinch. Every item is removable for cleaning. It was shipped quickly and packaged well.

The temperature gage is accurate. This is without a doubt the best fryer i have ever used for regaining temperature and keeping it. Heats very well, although a little slow getting to temperature.

This comes from the mill to protect the metal sheets from scratches. It is sharpish, but i've never cut myself on it.

Cons

Please dont do it. Also, very poorly made with sharp edges everywhere on oil pan.
