Pros

It is great to siphon and wonderful that it can put water back in my tank. It works great to fill from the faucet. I laugh at the complaints about the slow suction, of course the suction is slow.

It is great value because it can be used forever.

Using it on my ten gallon seems a bit overkill, but on my 55 it's fantastic. This eliminates most the work when maintenancing your tank.

Cons

The hose won't stay in the tank on it's own, the weight of the mechanism drags it down. The cheapest possible water pump that wastes a disgraceful amount of water. Also omg this thing wastes sooooooo much water; i live in the desert so definitely not ... Read More

This applies only to this device in it's 100 incarnation. I am very disappointed as i made alot of my friends buy this product after using it myself.

This is better suited for the cheapy stationary faucets. I am one of the unlikely ones who do not have a standard faucet in size. The l-shaped valve adapter used between the f sink and python shown in all the pictures next to the tube was not included... Read More

The suction, at least on the 50' option, is non-existent. The section power is very weak and hardly pulled up the gravel to clean it out.

Be careful with the hold switch you’ll have water everywhere if not and watch your water pressure

The new faucets with the low water pressure cause the low suction
