The only improvement it needs is when you have a new 21 day cycle there should have a place to store your old info such as your measurements wait so that you can track your progress from the very beginning

Not everyone only does it for one cycle and this app seems to be designed for just one cycle

The app also shows the list of approved food items and you can track your inches and weight progress they dont reset after the 21 days

I did make a few spelling errors and i havent figured out how to edit that yet so just double check your spelling before you hit the done button
