They are about as ridged as a soggy sandwich. In addition, they are just cheaply made. They are flimsy and bend and tear easily.
This is not the quality i'm used to, and i'll make sure to not buy from this particular seller again. Besides the poor fit, buying a filter from amazon that come is a thin carbon box is not a very good idea. Should be loose.
There was no type of cushioning. The material is all crammed into the cardboard frames and bent out of shape. Cardboard frame is very flimsy and not sturdy at all.
The filters are too thick and corrugated which is causing my furnace to take longer to heat my home. No refund option viable as item needed to be taped/fixed doctored as old filters unusable.

Came in perfect condition just installed in a new air conditioner unit a year ago

These filters actually fit perfectly without bending or tweaking unlike some of the other brands
I used to buy a much more expensive brand before i found these on amazon
Most stores dont keep my particular size of filter in stock

Quality is that when measured both width and height was a tiny bit larger than advertised

This did not cause the oversize since i measured the other filters they were bigger than advertised as well

For the price i went with these its a 4 pack putting each filter at about 8 each which is pricey but less than some of the others which are way over priced

I’m sure the filters will work fine but i had to return because they were crushed quite badly due to mishandling

Looking at them they seem to be the real deal and i have switched entirely to changing my air filters out with these
