I was skeptical. So, I spoke with my PCP. She highly recommended red light therapy for my Acute Achilles Tendonitis/Plantar Faciitis. I have been going to physical therapy 1x a week for 10 months, and it was suggested time to use this as well. The Allisable Red Light Therapy kit comes complete with everything you need, inc!using 2 rechargeable batteries. The light has a preset more of 1 minute, so that when you turn it on, it will automatica!my shut off after 1 minute. And a case so that nothing gets lost or misplaced. I have only used my light twice, so I cannot give a fair review of how it is working on my feet. But I have a good feeling about this little unit. There were more expensive ones to choose from, but I read the reviews, did the pros and cons, and went with Allisable. Yes, it is made in China, but the USA red light was double the cost. In the middle of a pandemic, no job, a senior citizen, and pennies count, I chose this product. I will do a follow up review in a couple of weeks.
