The nose pieces are a bit large and are interchangeable but do not come with smaller nose sizes

The ear plugs do not float so expect to loose them on the first swim and the nose plug is very uncomfortable and useless

I do like the mirror effect on the goggles which provides a sense of privacy and they arent hard to see out of although they do have the mirror film
